IECG World Championship 2014 Preliminary

The list below shows all currently qualified players for the IECG World Championship 2014 Preliminary. If you are on this list, but the column "Wrong Address" shows a "Yes" or an "X", please get in contact with tdworld@iecg.org urgently! If anybody knows an address of such a player, please also inform us at the same address!

The information on this page are of informal nature, until invitations have been sent out. Esp. qualifications due to the position on the rating list are of preliminary nature and can change with the next update of the page.

The qualification will be declined, if a player should get suspended between creation of the list and the start of the tournament.

Qualifications are granted to all non-suspended players, who fulfill at least one of the criteria below last year:

- Winning a Class or Quad tournament of Class A to N and having a rating >1400
- Winning a Rapid tournament of Class M to N and having a rating >1400
- Winning a Large Class Tournament of Level A to N and having a raitng >1400
- Second Place in a Large Class Tournament of Level A to N, where more than 8 players finished,
and having a rating > 1400
- Third Place in a Large Class Tournament of Level A to N, where more than 11 players finished,
and having a rating > 1400
- Having an IECG Rating < 1400, but having won at least 2 Level C/D Tournaments or 4 E/F Tournaments
- Having an IECG Rating < 1000, but having won at least 10 Level N tournaments
- Winning a Consolation Final Group of the Semi-Final or Preliminary Stage
- Being one of the three top scorers in Two-Game Matches and having a rating >1400
- Titled Players with an IECG Rating <2200
- The top 20 players with a rating <2200, not qualified as listed above

The next 40 players on the rating list are placed on a second replacement list
